What we store
To operate, Nexus stores: Discord user and server IDs, linked Roblox usernames and IDs (once you verify), moderation records (warnings, bans, kicks, timeouts), quota and LoA history, ticket and giveaway data, and server configuration you set on this dashboard. We do not store message content beyond what's needed for features like ticket transcripts.
How we use it
This data is used solely to provide Nexus's features - moderation logging, Roblox verification, quota tracking, and the rest of what's documented on the Commands page. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
Payment data
Premium payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details - Stripe handles that directly.
Your data
Server admins can remove Nexus from their server at any time. To request deletion of your data, contact us via the support server linked in the sidebar.
